Tenant Relations Officer (Concierge)
To provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
Provide directional guide to visitors
Alert the Building Supervisor/ Cleaning Supervisor if lobby area is dirty
Report to M&E/ FCC on breakdown of lift/ escalator, fused light, faculty door etc
At least some experience in a similar capacity in commercial buildings or hotels
GCE "N" / “O” Level and above, conversant in English
There will be No shift duties for this position and it will follow normal office hours
Customer Service Officer X 3
-- Attend to walk in customers & visitors
-- Attend to phone enquires
-- Manning of main telephone line
-- Preferably with some experience in frontline customer service industry
-- Min ‘O’ Level;
-- Able to speak good English
For the position situated in Tuas, company will provide transportation pick up to and fro work
