Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision, the Program Delivery Manager will assist project owners and project teams to define, develop and implement solutions that meet the project objectives.
As required the position may also fulfill the project manager role for nominated priority projects; review selected projects from a project portfolio perspective to determine likelihood of success, organization impact and to make recommendations on corrective actions needed to ensure the successful completion of the project.
The position will be based in Singapore, and reports to Head of Asia Pacific Program Management and Head of Asia.
Requirements:
-- Tertiary qualified in economics, commerce, IT, mathematics or other related disciplines with professional qualifications in project management.
-- Strong project management skills with several years experience in the insurance industry
-- Must possess a high level of motivation, flexibility, initiative and outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
-- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills
