Operations Engineer, China Support (based in Singapore)
Job Description

Stationed in Singapore, you are responsible for supporting our China colleagues and clients through email, web and telecommunication. You are responsible for the release of new e-learning software (content and system). You are also responsible for problems logging, troubleshooting and resolutions through interaction with the development team in Singapore. In addition, your responsibilities include:

Plan, manage and co-ordinate projects to meet on-time release.

Train China colleagues/clients to use our e-learning software (content and system).

Liaise with various departments to resolve issues.

Write/Translate/Localize user manual and troubleshooting guide (from English to Simplified Chinese).

Prepare Change Request or Malfunction Report.


Job Requirement

Diploma holder and above (with min 1 year working experience).

Proficiency in Simplified Chinese (read & write) is a must.

Able to speak and write simple English.

Good knowledge of Windows XP and MS Office applications.

Meticulous, matured and good interpersonal skills.

Willing to learn, able to work independently and handle deadlines.


Working hours/ Working location

5-day work week (9am to 6pm)
