Responsibilities:
Identify training needs and develop training plan for all frontline personnel of various designations
To design training module to cater to various sales channels
To implement incentive and performance standard to improve bottom line
Requirements:
Relevant Diploma or Degree
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in training frontline service/retail personnel
Proven track record in the training field particularly in customer service, people development, product training and sales training
Bilingual in English & Chinese
