Responsibilities
- Work with overseas management teams to research and identify new markets for penetration
- Coordinate with the operations team to update changes in the operations manual
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations
- Prepare documents and forms for franchising purpose
- Involve in all aspects of franchise events and to act as spokesman to the franchisee
- Negotiate Terms & Conditions, liaise and provide corporate support and consultancy to franchisees
- Collate sales data for Finance Department and present quarterly business review
- Travelling will be required
Requirements
- GCE ‘A’ Levels / Diploma in Business Administration or other related field
- Min 2 years relevant franchise experience in F&B or multi-chain restaurants will be preferred
- Possess good sales and marketing technique will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
