Responsibilities:
Manage the Club Division’s day-to-day operations, which include Food & Beverage Outlets, Banquet, Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.
Responsible for the development of sound marketing strategies, promotions and other programs to improve quality and increase revenue
Key player in steering the Club towards new heights in service excellence
Build and maintain good rapport with Club members and guests
Responsible for managing a dynamic management team to take care of the ongoing management and operations of the Club Division
Training and development of staff
Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Club Management is an advantage
Previous relevant management experience in clubs or hotels is necessary
Preference for candidates with extensive food & beverage and hotel rooms & front office management experience
Someone who is creative while being cost conscious
Applicant should possess an outstanding customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, organizational & leadership qualities, effective analytical capabilities, excellent team player and excellent interpersonal skills
At least 5 years relevant working experience in a relevant managerial position
Results-oriented and resourceful with strong problem-solving ability
Knowledge in financial management in terms of cost control and revenue generation
Able to work weekends and on public holidays, according to best industry practice.
