Singapore - Client Relations Consultant, Omgeo

Client Relations Consultant, Omgeo OverviewAs a member of the Client Relations team, a major role of the Client Relations Consultant is to deliver training on Omgeo services to the client community through onsite visits, remote delivery via WebEx and telephone, and in group and one-on-one sessions. He/She is also responsible for the co-ordination of client on-boarding process, including installation & testing as well as the on-going maintenance of the client, including installing new release, informing clients of new functionality, managing requests and enhancement and keeping CRM data current. The key focus is to increase client satisfaction and build solid relationships with clients by increasing their awareness and knowledge of Omgeo products.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements to ensure that knowledge on products and industry is delivered accordingly and act in consultative capacity to help clients meet their business needs
Develop and maintainexcellent client relationships
Partner with other Omgeo functions, including Sales and Account Management, Product Management, Client Services, and Integration, to ensure a seamless service to existing and new clients
Implement new services by coordinating the overall process of installing and testing the service and providing training to users
Deliver quality training presentations on the suite of Omgeo services, both at the client site and using Webex and telephone
Design and develop new training materials and programmes
Identify new training opportunities within existing client base
Organise workshops to ensure clients are fully aware and conversant with new product releases and to promote best practices around product usage
Participate in Alpha and Beta testing and make recommendations to Product Management
Effectively represent Client Relations in product & release meetings to identify and monitor issues
Ensure quick & sound resolution to incoming calls & emails of external & internal clients
Log & track all clients' issues clearly in Omgeo's CRM
Qualifications:

2-4 years relevant work experience preferably in the financial services industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to think laterally and communicate in different ways and through different mediums
Proactive in approach to problem solving, excellent in follow through and pay attention to detail
Proven technical skills or experience resolving technical issues
Proficient with Windows & DOS operating systems as well as MS Office
Motivated self starter
