AVP, Reconciliation Services Unit Responsibilities:To plan and strategize RSU involvement in new business initiatives, communicate strategic goals to staff and ensure that RSU implement initiatives according to agreed targets.
To plan and strategize RSU involvement in new business initiatives, communicate strategic goals to staff and ensure that RSU implement initiatives according to agreed targets.
To ensure procedures are in order to meet service standards and provide quality service
To ensure escalation procedures are in place for escalation of unreconciled items and exceptions.
To ensure procedures are in place to comply with MAS, CORS and Group Nostro Risk Management Policy etc.
To conduct review meetings with signed service recipients.
To monitor and ensure costs are within budget.
To ensure unit BCM plans are operable.
To ensure unit report their risk metrics, ORAP, KORIs and GOLD and implement action plans in response to audit issues raised.
Requirements: Degree holderin Accounting or Finance.
At least 3-5 years of banking knowledge.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Strong in system knowledge.
