Singapore - ASSISTANT MANAGER – TRAINING & COMPETENCY (CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE)

ASSISTANT MANAGER – TRAINING & COMPETENCY (CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE) You will be part of the Training and Competency Team at Centre for Excellence. You will assist in the implementation of T & C plan (as required under LIA MU31) to ensure the Company meets the minimum standard of competency set by the life insurance industry and to source for ways to raise the practice standard.

The Job:

-- Analyse the quality of sales advice made by Life Planners

-- Review the T & C documentation by agency leaders

-- Apply effective coaching skills to enable life planners to perform service recovery, if any

-- Conduct regular training on T&C related courses

-- Help to raise the overall competency level of the agency force

-- Other projects as and when assigned

Our Requirements:

University Degree
Basic industry qualifications e.g. CMFAS, M5, M8, M9, HI, PGI, CGI, BCP, AFP/AFC
Preferably with 2 years of sales in life insurance
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Effectively bilingual with excellent oral and written skills
Analytical and have an eye for details
Patient, professional and firm in managing work relationships
Good attitude and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office
