- Ensuring accounts (profit and loss statement & balance sheet) are finalised in accordance with reporting datelines.
- Extensive liaison with BTO (Business Transformation Office), internal & external auditors.
- Reponsible for reviewing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual regulatory filings where require.
- Ensure Balance Sheet for Asia Pacific is accurately reflected.
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurancy for Asia Pacific countries.
- Preparation and review of statutory reporting packs.
- Keep abreast new accounting standards and corporate accounting standards.
- Continuous review of business accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting .
- Ensure accounting portion of Oracle implementation is inline with business needs.
The Requirement
- Accounting degree or Qualified accountant ACCA, CIMA, ACA or similar .
- Singaporeans or local PRs
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related areas.
- Experience in producing Statutory Accounts.
- Good FRS/IFRS knowledge .
- Ability to handle year end/interim reporting with external auditors.
- Analytical and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
