Responsibilites:
-Monitoring and ensure that all the operation are according to planned schedule, time line
-Carry out reporting on supplier production activities, delivery schedule in accordance with project schedule
-Timely submission of critical drawings, vendor data, information from suppliers
-Coordinate and work hand in hand with project team members, relating to drawing, schedule and plans
- Liaising and providing shipping information and expedite delivery from supplier and client.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in mechanical/Civil/ or any relevant technical field of study
- 2 years of experience in this construction project relating to Marine, shipbuilding and oil and gas industry
- Good communication skills with good knowledge in MS office
- Meticulous with good organization and planning skills
