Having worked in the relationship management discipline will be a definite plus
Excellent sales , negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to communicate at all levels in an organization
Excellent PC literacy especially presentation packages
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both oral and written
Good sense of cross-selling and strong knowledge of treasury/investment products (FX, options, swaps, fixed income, etc.)
Good undesrtanding of Cash management flows, payments and collection processes, will be a plus.
Good PC skills +- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Requirement
Master Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of banking experience with a minimum of 3 years in Cash Management with a major bank active in International Cash Management.
Able to travel and work under pressure
Able to handle large portfolio, good initiative, outgoing, a team player
Good time management skill
Self disciplined and motivated
Main objectives & purpose
Develop and grow our Cash Management activities in China by selling our global international as well as local solutions to customers in China .
Participate in China part of Global International Cash Management deal.
Actively participate in the improvement of our cash management offers.
