Responsibilities
Perform and maintain financial accounting records of subsidiary
Setup financial policies and processes and ensure compliance
Prepare timely periodic financial reports to Management and Board
Manage the annual statutory audit as well as internal audit
Manage tax matter of the subsidiary
Handle bank related matters
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA with CPA
Min 5 years of experience in full sets accounting
Strong analytical skill and meticulous
2. Financial Accountant
Resposibilities:
Analyses Financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statementes and other reports to summarise and interpret curretn and projected company financial position
Reconiles balance sheets and income statements to general ledger
Researches discrepancies and determines appropriate course if action
Conducts studies and submits recommendations for improving the organisation's accounting operation to management
Requirmemts
Degree in Accoutancy or completed ACCA
Min 3-4 years of relevant experience
Working knowledege with SAP will be an added advantage
3. Group Accountant
Responsibilities:
Perform intercompany reconciliation and prepare monthly group consolidated financial statements for management and statutory reporting
Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit
Assist in adhoc projects
Requirements:
Degree in Accountany or completed ACCA
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge with consolidation and reporting
4.Accounts Executive - Central Area ( MNC)
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation, analysis, review, verification and reconciliation of various records, financial reports and statements
Prepares standard and specialised financial reports, basic financial analysis
Handles posting and reconciliation of various chart of accounts
Coordinates calculation of forecasts.
Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy
Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant working experience
SAP experience is an added advantage
Fresh graduate will considered

5.Finance Executive(Financial Planning and Analysis MNC)
Responsibilities:
Order Book / Backlog reporting
Data input & verification for monthly financial & management reporting
Assist in collation & consolidation for yearly budget and forecasts
Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy
Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience.
Candidate currently in specialised accounting experience will be considered
SAP experience is an added advantage
6. Tax Executive
Responsiblities:
Assist in all tax matters
Assist in Audit Schedules
Other Financ-related matters
Requirements:
3 years experience in Taxation
Sound knowledge with Singapore Income Tax regulation
Willing to accept 6months contract (renewable)
