Ensuring the promptness and accuracy in providing settlement instructions to custodians.
Handle and follow up failed transactions.
To update the funds' cash transactions in the system and conduct cash reconciliation.
To liaise internally (fund managers and central dealers) and externally (brokers, custodians and other Group) on any trade related matters.
Prepare Operating Memorandum for new mandate

Requirement :
at least 1 year of experience in settlement of equities, an advantage if have experience in settlement of derivatives.
to have knowledge of the Asia Pacific markets in terms of settlement cycle and market requirements.
good working attitude and initiative.
well versed in Microsoft Office.
able to work with tight schedule
