Key Responsibilities
Reporting to Group Managing Director of Property, you will coordinate and manage the consolidation and analysis of the Property division’s planning and reporting processes covering actuals, forecast and budgets. You are required to work with the divisional controllers and the operating units to assure good understanding of the respective performance and the integrity of financial information. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining property division-wide tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
A CPA with a recognized degree or professional qualification in accountancy; preferably with a MBA
Minimum 8 years of extensive progressive experience with 3-5 years at management level, preferably in a multi divisional MNC environment
Strong financial discipline, business acumen and organizational capabilities
Demonstrated experience working within tight time constraints in an environment where issues can emerge and change rapidly
Matured with excellent people management and communication skills, flexible and willing to accept and implement changes
Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin
Conversant with China law and regulation, and regional exposure to different business issues
