Requirements of a Medical Sales Representatives

Degree or diploma in Life-sciences/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemical Engineering/Molecular Biotechnology


At least 1-2 years experience in sales (pharmaceutical experience will be a bonus)


Valid class 3 license (Vehicle a must for a few MNCs)


Possess a 'sunshine' personality +- warm and cheerful individual


Fluency in spoken English


Requirements of a Product Specialists

Degree in Lifescience


Preferably 3-5 years related pharmaceutical marketing or sales experience


Strong communication skills, determined, adaptable and quality conscious


Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the sales and marketing functions to achieve sales, market share and profit targets


Drive delivery of sales objectives at brand, account and territory level


Provide timely sales forecasting to support budget management


Manage customer relationships to achieve both business objectives and market leading reputation for customer excellence


Drive marketing implementation as directed to meet business and customer objectives


Proactively seek and report customer insights and competitive intelligence to support business decisions and strategies.
