Singapore - Internal Recruitment Specialist

Internal Recruitment Specialist Your Challenge:Reporting to the team leader, you will work with internal business leaders to understand their key talent needs and future plans for their business units. Yo will create, lead, and drive the recruitment process through effective sourcing, contacting, and interviewing of potential candidates to meet the vigorous growth plan for our offices in the Asia Pacific region. You will also manage personal targets and tight timeline to achieve successful placements through effective negotiation and influencing skills.

Your Profile: 3 - 5 years of fast-paced environment experience as regional sales, account servicing, or planningwith excellentclient managementskills
Confident and speaks well, especially with people in senior level positions
Passion for HR issues, and eager to grow in recruitment field
Dynamic team player, self-motivated, and highly responsible
Highly persistent with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
