The Job:
Identify opportunities for enhancements in finance systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and capabilities to support regional growth.
Participate in Life Policy administration system’s finance requirement specifications and manage user acceptance testing relating to new products roll out and system enhancements to grow our Life and Investment-Linked businesses.
Contribute to solution reviews against new business requirements and ensure integrity of Finance GL processing rules in Life Policy administration system.
Support in implementation of Hyperion Financial Management and Planning project.
Liaise with IT business analysts and developers on business requirements to drive and support ad hoc finance projects.
Assist in administration and maintenance duties in super user roles for various financial systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle Financials GL, Cognos Powerplay/Transformer and Finance shared server.
Conduct end user trainings and provide support to users for various financial systems.
Our Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications with minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Excellent financial / business analytical and problem solving skills.
Meticulous with figures and able to work independently.
Fast learner and high adaptability to a dynamic changing environment.
Strong team player and able to exercise independent judgments.
Good understanding of insurance and investment-linked products is an added advantage.
System support or implementation work experience with Hyperion Financial Management and Planning, Cognos, PLSQL and Oracle Financials is highly preferred.
