Operations Manager (Security/ Construction industry)
Key Responsibility and Accountabilities:
-- Responsible for the implementation of all projects undertaken by the Company
-- Undertake management of the projects
-- Perform project cost control and engineering management of projects in the Project Department.
-- Oversee the successful execution of all aspects of projects
-- Review and approve Project Quality Plans
-- Carry out evaluation of suppliers and sub-contractors and make recommendation to award sub-contracts.
-- Assist in solving technical problems at site
-- Approving Authority for shop/construction drawing sent to clients.
-- Monitor all projects to detect variances and problem areas and to take corrective action if necessary
-- Approving authority to Purchase Requisitions
Minimum Requirements:
-- Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
-- At least 8 years of project management in construction or security industry
-- Own personal vehicle
