-- The Clinical Facilitator is a person who has a hospital or healthcare related background
-- On-site facilitation during roll-out of the company's software to hospitals, clinics and various healthcare facilities.
-- Conduct training sessions during product implementation phase. As well as small group sessions to assist users to become familiarized with usage of the company's software.
-- Assist technical team in testing of new software features in the developed product.
-- Conversant with all functionalities of the software as trained by the company's International training program.
-- Responsible for the software demonstration during product presentation to prospective clients. Assist marketing team in following-up with potential clients.
-- Participate in various exhibitions, conferences, road-shows etc as a clinical demonstrator to help promote the company's software.
-- Be prepared to travel to various countries in Asia-Pacific region, including Malaysia, Brunei, Taiwan, Korea, Macau, Hong Kong, Australia etc.
-- Be prepared to adopt flexible working responsibilities as pioneer member of a growing team.
Requirements:
-- The Clinical Facilitator should ideally have a diploma or degree in a clinical or related field.
-- Experience working in a tertiary hospital in a nursing or clinically related capacity is preferred.
-- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with a diversity of personalities
-- Must be approachable, show respect for others and be able to present data with effective communication and presentation skills.
-- Ability to communicate fluently in English is a must.
-- Ability to speak/write one of the following languages fluently is a bonus; Malay, Mandarin, Korean.
