-- Tender / Quotation, Authorities submission.
Coordinating project works with Client business units, consultants’ teams and move vendors.
Liaising and communicating with the end users to ensure project success
Responsible for managing project risk, program adherence and health & safety
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in the area of building and construction management, building engineering or project management.
Minimum 5 years for Degree holder of direct relevant experience in managing construction and building projects and 10 years for Diploma holder.
Experience in hospital construction preferred.
Experience in I.T. project management will be an added advantage.
Strong administration and reporting skills.
Well versed in AutoCad.
8 months contract
