Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities in the real estate industry. You are required to perform financial analysis and modeling; deal structuring and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and projections; recommendation of the viability and financial returns of investment proposals; preparation of investment papers, contracts and legal documentation; acquisition due diligence; strategic planning and budget development and review; tracking and analysis of the investment profitability by establishing systems to monitor asset performance.
Requirements
A recognized degree in Business/Finance or Real Estate
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate industry.
Regional experience with good knowledge in investment appraisal and proven track record in real estate investment preferably in China.
Strong analytical and financial skills with experience in capital budgeting and acquisition deal structuring. Some knowledge of regional accounting, taxation and finance practices would be advantageous
Well versed in industry practices, rules and regulations, contract laws and market benchmarks
Possesses entrepreneur spirit, strong business acumen, independent and result-oriented
Strong presentation, negotiation, communication (written and verbal in both English and Mandarin) and report writing skills
