Position:- CLIENT PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Job scope / requirements:
Responsible for market development and relationship management of the portfolio of clients assigned
Develop and execute conceptual design of marketing activities and product strategies for markets and client segment
Regular analysis and appraisal of markets, competitors and portfolio of clients as well as cross-selling of business development opportunities for potential, new and existing group of clients
Plan volume of business as well as of yield for its portfolio of clients
Collaboration with technical departments (eg. underwriting, innovative solutions, claims etc) to plan and allocate resources to achieve objectives for its portfolio of clients
In line with the responsibilities of the position, regional travel is required
Degree holder or similar other educational background
5 years of experience in underwriting as well as having a background in primary insurance/reinsurance and non-traditional products
Treaty reinsurance experience will be a distinct advantage
Sound knowledge of business management, accounting and marketing
Excellent client relationship management and quantitative analysis skills
Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communications
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a high level of personal motivation and strong team work
Position: MOTOR CLAIMS SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE
Job scope / requirements:
Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, TMS' sister companies etc.
Train and guide assistants in their support role
Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols
Ensure reserves are provided or updated in a timely and realistic manner
Add value to underwriters by advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling such as issues due to gap in policy wording and on risk improvement
Periodic review of files, as and when required
Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically
Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior
Degree/Diploma with 2 years and above of relevant experience in general insurance industry
Posses CGI certification
Position:- MOTOR CLAIMS SURVEYOR
Job scope / requirements:
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure a smooth process of motor claims
Conduct investigations on motor claims cases
Maintain an up-dated records of all statements, findings and recommend action plans
Collate supporting evidence to assist in investigations
Other ad-hoc projects from time to time
Candidate should have relevant experience, skills and knowledge in motor repair survey
With ITE Certificate in Automotive Engineering
Possess a valid driving license
Position: MARINE CLAIMS EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT
Job scope / requirements:
Process, investigate and adjust marine cargo claims
Recover and compile marine claims data
Tertiary education with relevant qualifications in general insurance (CGI minimum)
Good working knowledge of marine cargo clauses
Position:- MARINE POLICY PROCESSING SENIOR/EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT
Job scope / requirements:
Attend to corporate clients' requirements on marine
Ensure prompt and accurate processing of marine policies
Diploma holders with 2 years experience in issuing and processing of marine policies
Team player
Candidates with CGI experience will be an added advantage
Position:- MARKETING CORPORATE/BROKER EXECUTIVES
Job scope / requirements:
Relevant Experience in general insurance industry
Relevant knowledge in general insurance products
Relevant qualifications in general insurance (CGI minimum)
Tertiary education preferred
Ability to interact well with and provide support to corporate clients
Ability to interact well with and provide support to brokers
Team player
