Responsible for setting the overall search marketing strategic plan for the regional businesses
Core focus will be to manage, develop and implement both SEO and SEM campaigns
Responsible for regional analysis and best-practice recommendations
The Position
-- Lead and manage SEM strategy
Drive the operational strategy for SEM management in the group
Coordinate with US and European counterparts as appropriate
Drive agency relationships as required
Execute, as required, the implementation of SEM programmes
Lead decision- making on SEM tools
Provide the SEM expertise required by the countries
Ensure clear and transparent reporting is available
-- Lead SEO strategy
Develop strategy for APAC
Manage the implementation of SEO plan and practices with the various stakeholders across the region
-- Lead online display strategy
Identify opportunities for increasing our return in display advertising
Design the relevant reporting systems
-- Social media marketing:
o Work with local offices in the development and execution of strategy
-- Best practice and brand alignment
o Ensure consistency with brand guidelines in all promotions
-- Customer championship
o Ensure that the customer perspective is incorporated in all decision-making.
The Candidate
-- Essential to have a minimum of 5 years in a search related role.
-- Strong skill base in SEM/SEO/PPC
-- Ability to positively contribute in senior management environments
-- Must have good strategic and analytical skills
-- Good communication skills
-- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
-- Good team management skills
-- Self starter
