Responsibilities:
o Designing and applying an appropriate project management and execution framework for the required deliverables, which includes both hardware and software.
o Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
o Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans
o Overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
o Manage and implement Quality Assurance and UAT phases of the project.
o Change control and any required configuration management
o Liaison with appointed project assurance roles to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
o Adopting technical and quality strategy
o Identifying and obtain any support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
o Preparing a Lessons Learned report
o Preparing any follow-on action recommendations as required
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' of experience in the project management, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechantronics Engineering
o PMI certified PMP or equivalentis a must
o Able to manage the project from inception through execution to completion of project
o Good judgment, prompt decision-making ability, responsibility and accountability.
o Commitment to providing a high level of service
o Commitment to teamwork as both a contributor and a leader
o Familiar with project planning, progress and quality control, coordination of building / fitting out projects
