Job Description:
New Program Launch
Plan and lead for new product launch
Ensure correct BOM structure and timely BOM release
Liaise with manufacturing team to ensure components delivery for product qualification on schedule
Coordinate and test IT shop floor control
Review on product launch readiness
SAP setup for New Products
Update parts status as buy or build parts into SAP or New Products
Ensure new parts are purchase on time
Product configuration setup in SAP
Coordinate on end to end fulfillment system verification test
Engineering Change review and approval for new and existing product
World Wide Used Part Control Instruction Coordinator
Review target set for reutilization of Used Part or field return parts
Ensure there is flow control in allocating Used Parts
Drive to closure Used Part Control Instruction
Pre-requisites:
Degree in Engineering with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
Good process or manufacturing knowledge and program management or product transfer knowledge
Good knowledge system and Engineering Change process eg: SAP or MFG/Pro. Knowledge in Microsoft project will be an added advantage
Enthusiastic and passionate about product transfer system setup
