Position:- CLIENT PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Job scope / requirements:
Responsible for market development and relationship management of the portfolio of clients assigned
Develop and execute conceptual design of marketing activities and product strategies for markets and client segment
Regular analysis and appraisal of markets, competitors and portfolio of clients as well as cross-selling of business development opportunities for potential, new and existing group of clients
Plan volume of business as well as of yield for its portfolio of clients
Collaboration with technical departments (e.g. underwriting, innovative solutions, claims etc) to plan and allocate resources to achieve objectives for its portfolio of clients
In line with the responsibilities of the position, regional travel is required
Degree holder or similar other educational background
Minimum 5 years of experience in underwriting as well as having a background in primary insurance/reinsurance and non-traditional products
Treaty reinsurance experience will be a distinct advantage
Sound knowledge of business management, accounting and marketing
Excellent client relationship management and quantitative analysis skills
Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communications
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a high level of personal motivation and strong team work
Position: UNDERWRITING MANAGER
Job scope / requirements:
Head and manage the operation of the Underwriting Department
Underwrite and accept risks in accordance with the underwriting authority of the Underwriting Guide
Handle inquiries from clients, intermediaries, authorities / associations and other interested parties
Guide and train staff particularly on technical skill and knowledge and to prepare them for greater job responsibilities and role in the future
Conduct training courses for intermediaries and staff
Prepare the Department Action Plan; monthly reports to the MD and Compliance Controller
Review and update Underwriting Guide
Prepare Underwriting Statistics for analysis of performance
Assist in the arrangement of the Company¡¯s treaty program
Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budget
In line with the responsibilities of the position, regional travel is required

Position:- UNDERWRITING EXECUTIVE
Job scope / requirements:
Report and take instructions from Head of Department.
Underwrite and accept risks in accordance with the underwriting authority of the Underwriting Guide
Assist in handling all general administrative matters of the Department
Supervise, guide and train staff and intermediaries including conduction of training courses
To continually review work procedure and wordings with view of control, increased productivity and efficiency of the Department
Diploma with 2 years of experience as underwriter in General insurance industry
Good knowledge in general insurance is preferred
Excellent client relationship management and quantitative analysis skills
Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communications
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a high level of personal motivation and strong team work.

Salary negotiable, depending on experience and qualification
Location in Town
5 days work week
Able to start work immediate or within short notice
