Reports to the Group Director
Responsible to interact cross functionally with business units in Singapore and Malaysia
Monitor and track business key objectives, business plans, key initiatives, special projects / cases development and key meeting progress
Prepare monthly update and report key items to Group Director and Business Unit Heads
Handle Business Confidential information in financial / sales forecast and interpret them into analysis and reports for Management's review
Track Compliancce and Corporate Governance to be inline with Group practices and Business Units' adherence to projects deadlines to Group
Gather trend data / information particularly in IT industry
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business/ Accounting or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis
Strong knowledge in data analysis / modeling, control management and reporting
Excellent knowledgement in country economy outlook, IT market trend and operating finance
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with excellent written and communication skills in English
Self-starter, independent, meticulous and pro-active
Well versed in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
