The Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd level of IT support to users.
Visit user workstation and perform determination and resolution.
Perform basic network troubleshooting.
Provide basic Windows server account administration.
The Requirements:
A good tertiary education in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in helpdesk/ technical support.
Familiar with Windows OS environment.
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
(2) Helpdesk Specialist
The Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level IT troubleshooting.
Provide updates on case to users upon request.
Problem resolution and escalation to next level support based on severity of incidents.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, infrastructure and connections on TCP/IP.
The Requirements:
A good tertiary education in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in helpdesk support (call centre environment).
Familiar with Windows OS environment.
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
