Job Requirements
-- Diploma or higher with 1 - 2 years of IT Helpdesk experience
-- FRESH Diploma in ITor Relavant field are ENCOURAGED to apply
-- Able to handle helpdesk
-- Have technical skills for equipment setup and troubleshooting
-- Able to conduct customer technical reviews
-- PhP, Sql,VB, Net skills
Job Scope
-- Manage SIN IT Helpdesk and assist in IT issues inclusive of installation of new equipments
-- Prepare training materials and user guides, data analysis and reporting
-- Involve in UAT and test support with end users, development team and customers where applicable.
-- Project manage and implementation of new business requests, site implementation as well as attend to RFP/ RFQ where necessary
-- Evaluating vendors for procurement of equipments and coordination
