Reporting to the Sales Manager, he/she will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for smooth operations of service, parts supply, technical support and training of the Technical/Service Department
Plan, Organize and establish efficient after sales service operations to achieve customer's satisfaction
Manager a team of technical service & support personnel
Responsible for the Technical/Service Department's Profit & Loss, Parts inventory etc.
Review and improve on customer service policies and procedures
Liaise with overseas head office and distributors/vendors on technical information
Work closely with sales, warehousing and delivery departments to achieve set targets and profitability
Respond to technical enquiries and resolve technical problems
Presentation of monthly service reports
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in BioEngineering, BioTechnology, BioMedical, LifeScience, Chemical Processes or equivalent related engineering discipline
Strong technical knowledge with at least 3-5 years of related supervisory experience in managing and developing field service team
Demonstrate overall business understanding, particularly in field service and customer s' relationship programme
Assertive with strong leadership and influencing skills
Strong customer and quality focus
Effective planning and communication skills
