-- Preferably with 1-2 years' events management experience in social, educational and recreation arena
-- School leaver or job seeker without experience but interested in the position is also welcome to apply.
-- Training will be provided
-- Primarily we use low elements and experiential learning activities.
-- Mature, with great attitude and like working in the outdoors. Reqired to work with adult participants.
-- Possess excellent service mindset
-- Good interpersonal and communication skills with an out-going personality
-- Required to independently brief and debrief experiential activities, that can range from half a day to 1 day
-- Experience of having conducted experiential learning activities or training programs in the corporate environment
-- Operational, HR and Senior executives who seek to hone their facilitation in Experiential learning are welcome to apply
