Responsibilities:
Underwrite profit of Motor portfolio;
Business growth and market pricing of Motor portfolio;
Development of underwriting guidelines;
Handling of day-to-day Motor underwriting matters;
Project work and conduct training on products.
Good analytical skills (e.g. analyzing premiums, margins, loss ratios, etc)
Requirements:
A good university degree;
Possess the relevant Insurance Qualifications (e.g. ACII, DGI, etc);
Minimum 5 years experience in Motor Market;
Working knowledge of Market Pricing;
Leadership skills and experience in handling projects would be an added advantage.
