Diploma holders or equivalent
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6.30pm
Requirements
Available immediate
2-3 years' working experience in accounting environment
Able to handle full sets of accounts
Meet deadlines and perform multitask
Proficient in Accpac, Microsoft Excel & Words
Good initiative, meticulous and a good team player
Independent and resourceful with good organizational skills
Responsibilities
Management of trade invoices and input to ACCPAC system
Handle month end closing for miscellaneous payment and ACCPAC system
Handle bank receipts and reconciliation
Handle overseas TT & payment
Prepare invoices for payment by cheque and drawing cheques
Manage fund and request for additional funds when required for subsidiary
Ad-hoc duties in the finance department
