Responsible for all activities related to account receivable and account payable function, which involves efficient routine operations, accurate and reconciliation of account.
Primary responsibilities include:
-- Ensure and reinforce Company policies and regulations regarding sales and collection
-- Maintenance of customer master files and credit control to improve collections
-- Ensure that Company’s policy and procedures on commitment and spending are in compliance and all payments are made correctly and timely.
Pre-requisite Knowledge & Skills
-- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
-- At least 3 years relevant experience in AP/ AR
-- Competent in Microsoft office applications especially Excel
-- Familiar with ERP applications, preferably Navision
-- Self-starter, responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure
Position 2 : Accounts Assistant (AccountsReceivables)
Responsible for all activities related to Accounts Receivable
Primary responsibilities include:
-- Daily customer receipt application
-- Issuance of credit and debit notes
-- AR reconciliation from sub ledger to general ledger
Pre-requisite Knowledge & Skills
-- Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
-- At least 2 years relevant experience in Accounts Receivable function
-- Meticulous, team player with positive attitude
