Strong operational experience in managing a FM
At least 6 years of IT experience with
implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, androle of consultancy
Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
Have good understanding/working knowledge of the following technology:
Microsoft Server/Desktop Environment
Networking
Storage/SAN
Infrastructure Security
Database Technology
