Job Responsibilities:
First level user support on troubleshooting problem & technical issues via phone, email, remote access software
Manage help desk requests
Set up for new users/ visitors to include software and hardware
Well informed on the present and emerging technologies
Work with direct supervisor and other team members on special projects that entail value creation for the firm's IT systems
Submit Weekly Status reports and daily timesheets to direct supervisor
Job Requirements:
Diploma in IT or relevant fields
Fresh diploma holders are encouraged to apply
Good working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2003 server and MS Active Directory
Knowledge in the usage of Lotus Notes will be an added advantage
A positive, upbeat, can-do attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment
Able to commit for 3 to 6 months. Good performers will be offered a permanent position at the end of the internship/contract
