Job Scope:
Development and implementation of the customized solutions and maintenance /enhancements to our current product suite
Key roles are: Information gathering about project scope/requirements
Design/develop the system on Java platform
Develop test cases and conduct quality check,documentation
Track and control all project phases and activities.
Be able to deploy the system
Required skills & behaviours for developers
Computer Science/Technology, or other related IT or business degrees
Minimum 5 years of software development with at least 1 year in lead position here in Singapore
Experience in evaluation and implementation of packaged solutions and assessing the needs/scope the project
Knowledge of project implementation methodology, including SDLC
FOR JAVA developers
Technical knowledge on J2EE
JSP and JSTL tag
Servlet
Struts
Spring Framework
Hibernate
Jboss
EJB
Websphere
Experience in UML design will be preferred
For .Net Developers
Technical knowledge onASP.Net ,C#
3 or n- tier architecture
Web services
Knowledge on MOSS
MSSQL
Familiar with latest web programming languages ,and designing tools and portal design
Team player who can work independently within established guidelines and procedures
