In this position you will identify, research and resolve technical problems based on pre-established guidelines, document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution, identify patterns of failure and symptoms of underlying issues and work with network and systems engineers in problem resolution.
You will be part of a best-in-class call centre environment team that provides the best possible support to our customers. A Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements for this position:
-- Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
-- Familiarity with network technologies such as SMTP, POP, IMAP, HTTP
-- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-- Self-motivated and team-oriented
-- Demonstrates ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
-- Fundamental experience in troubleshooting network and software problems.
-- Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
