You will provide customer service-related support on systems and network engineering, including server, systems and software set-up and installation, user training as well as managing data centre. In addition, you will be involved in pre-sales activities, conducting site surveys and systems requirement feasibility studies.
Pre-requisites:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years' systems and network engineering experience as well as CISCO routers, firewall and remote communication set-up
Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows servers, Active Directory, etc.
Knowledge and experience with Oracle database administration will be an added advantage
Knowledge of UNIX skill is a must
