Develop embedded real time software for a next generation professional audio mixing console. Must be able to work in a fast paced startup and have a passion for quality audio design. Will produce software, design documentation and necessary test procedures to ensure the highest level of quality. Must be adaptable and able to handle working in a small but a highly driven team.
Responsibilities:
-- Interface with the hardware team to create drivers for the design.
-- Create the kernel image and runtime utilities for the shipping software.
-- Document all steps needed for creating and shipping the base system.
-- Create appropriate test cases for load testing and high availability.
-- Be able to interface with clients and troubleshoot problem when they arise.
-- Design an upgrade utility for future in field releases.
Requirements:
-- Strong C/C++ coding skills.
-- 2 or more years of experience in a professional capacity.
-- RTOS: VxWorks, Realtime Linux or other RTOS experience highly desired.
-- Linux experience a must.
-- Subversion/Git experience desirable.
-- Experience with TI Code Composer is a plus.
