Reports to : IT Service Desk Manager
Purpose of the Job:
You are responsible for providing 1st level support to internal employees and external partners / customers for all IT services globally . This involves screening, diagnosing and troubleshooting the reported problem or request and working to resolve the request when it is received.
The IT Supporter will be responsible for upholding the specified service levels and to ensure that all incoming cases are solved or escalated in accordance with specified procedures.
He/she is also expected to participate actively in defining and building the global support structure, in close corporation with the Corporate service desk function.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science
Highly team oriented
Bilingual (English & Mandarin) and other languages will be an added advantage
Min. 2 years of experience working as IT Helpdesk and providing IT support
Having worked in Pharmaceutical Industry and experience in one of the following is desirable:
- e-Trust
- Checkpoint SecureClient
- RSA security products
- Clinical Trial systems
