Extensive technical support and training to a large established base of professional A/V resellers and installers.
Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or its equivalent
Experience programming in ANSI C, HTML, JavaScript
Experience working with IT and computer networking
Experience MCSA with elective in SQL server administration, Client/Server configuration a plus
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
Some travel may be required
