- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
- More than 7 years of relevant IT experience in designing and deploying network and systems infrastructure from scratch
- Experience in network security and/or development of IT Technical Architecture plans
- Experience in complex projects or programmes involving multi-discipline teams
- Knowledge and experience in project and program management, information technology infrastructure architecture, including WAN, LAN, Network Security Infrastructure, network-based systems and structured cabling infrastructure.
- Independent, pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking.
- Team player, result-oriented, with energy and ability to deliver in a very fast-paced environment.
2) Backup & Storage Team Lead
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of IT working experience
- Experience in EMC Software Storage and Sun StorageTek backup solution
- Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to prioritise
- ITIL Trained/Certified
- Experience in Remedy IT Service Management 7.x software will be advantageous
3) InfrastructureManager / Specialist
(A) Remedy ITSM System
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
- More than 8 years of IT working experience, with hands-on in supporting Remedy ITSM system software
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- ITIL Trained/Certified
- Experience in Remedy AR System 7.x software and Remedy IT Service Management 7.x software will be preferred
(B) Disaster Recovery Planning
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
- Minimum 10 years of information technology experience with at least 3 years experience in SCM (Disaster Recovery)
- Relevant professional memberships/qualifications in SCM and BCM (CBCP, MBCI)
- Exhibit a deep understanding of SCM and broad knowledge of all ITIL service delivery components
- Demonstrate knowledge of recent development in SCM including ITIL version 3
- Ensure responsiveness to a disaster through flawless execution of the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Plan
- Able to apply ITIL framework for ITSCM
- Identify risk reduction measures resulting from changes to the plan
- Manage and mitigate exercise/recovery risk effectively
(C) Windows + Microsoft SharePoint
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
- MCSE Certified in Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 and ITIL Trained/Certified
- Minimum 10 years of information technology experience with 3 years experience in managing and administering Microsoft Office SharePoint Server or similar Capacity in mid to large enterprise environment
- Experience in development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
- Knowledge on general SQL Server Administration, SQL Database Concepts and support of Windows Server Cluster Configuration
- Results-oriented and dynamic individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment
- Flexible, committed and able to work independently with high tolerance for pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
- Applicants who have passed MCTS in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and knowledge on core infrastructure such as AD, DNS, DHCP and Network will have an added advantage
4) ProjectManagers/Enterprise Architects(Applications)
§ Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Computer Engineering or Information Technology
§ Experience in enterprise / solution architecting, design and implementation and business presentation
§ Experience in managing mid-to-large scale IT Application projects/eServices development and consulting
§ Has gone through the full SDLC application development life cycle
§ Experience in contract negotiation and management
§ Good proposal writing skill and customer relationship management skill
§ Certification in CITPM or PMI preferred
