Responsibilities:
Install and configure hardware and software on PC and peripherals.
Troubleshoot basic hardware/software and netwok problems.
Resolve end user issues as required
Active Directory account management
Assist in distribution of new systems
Requirements:
Minimum ITC or Diploma in IT or equivalent
At least 1 year of desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows/XP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes
Some knowledge in Cisco VPN, Basic Networking and Symantec Anti-virus
Good communication skills with high customer orientation
May need to perform OT as when required & 24*7 Standby
Perform 1st and 2nd level support to end users.
