Identify business opportunities and fosteringlong term relationships with clients and candidates.
Business development, account management and expansion of client and candidate database.
Understanding of client's recruitment needs andproviding soundmarket knowledge/advise.
Be a function expert with application of various recruitment methodologies.
Keen interest inhelpingcandidatebuild their career.
Responsible for fulfilling individual's sales target.
Pre-requisites
Degree or Diplomaholder preferred.
Experience in the recruitment industry will be an advantage.Dynamic, passionate, good communication and interpersonal skills, salesandtarget driven.
Has interest in HR Recruitment & Selection.
