To provide administrative support to our valued clients and intermediaries
To handle enquiries and hotline calls in a professional and customer-focused manner
To conduct policyholders' briefing for new and existing clients
Requirements:
At least GCE 'A' level or Diploma in Insurance/Business
Those with experience in policy servicing/accident and health insurance/Health Insurance certificate are preferred
