You will have to demonstrate the ability to lead and implement strategic staffing initiatives for various offices and act as a business partner with Hiring Managers to ensure effective recruiting strategies are enforced.
You will have at least 3 years of progressive recruiting experience with particular experience in campus/graduate recruitment OR experience of sourcing for entry level, mid level and experienced professionals.
