Salary : $6,500 to $8,500
Requirements :-- Degree related to Statistics / Computer Science
-- Have at least 2 years working experience relevant to the life insurance industry
-- Conversant in Life, Group/400 application, front-end applications
-- Have a good grasp of business and product knowledge related to life insurance (individual and group, including investment-linked)
-- MS Office-proficient (at least intermediate);
-- Good interpersonal skills and Strong analytical skills
-- Forward looking in approach to new ideas and innovation
Responsibilities :
-- Perform system analysis, design and review to improve the workflow process where appropriate/applicable
-- Initiate enhancements / implementation of new workflow applications (Captaris) and /or business process reengineering
-- Identify areas requiring productivity enhancement, standard levels for the Company
-- Assist in training other Depts where scope is related to Life and Group/400 applications
-- Upload in Table Items / Parameters control for Product Development and co-ordinate with IT
-- Assist and support end-users on system requirements and implementation
-- Prepare / update Business Requirement Specifications and documentations.
-- To give users advice on efficient workflow process as BA
-- Review staff’s sanction and update user access review report for audit purpose
