Requirements:
Minimum 5 GCE 'O' level / 'A' level / Diploma / Degree
Diploma in Insurance or Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) preferred but not compulsory.
Fresh Graduate may apply.
Prior client servicing & coordination experience in Insurance / Motor Trade Industry would be an advantage.
PC literacy
Meticulous and well organized
Independent, hardworking and willing to learn attitude
Working Location in Jalan Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:
Account Servicing include attending to all client's enquiries, requests for additional quotations, policy amendments etc
Liaising with various insurers for quotations, enquiries or requests from client and following up for quotations and policies
Renewal Servicing include printing of report, preparing renewal notices to client, following up and informing insurers
Administrative Duties include updating systems, checking of policies for premium & coverage, issuing of documents, filing etc
Claims Servicing, include advising clients, notifying insurers, following up for status till final settlement and filing
New Business Development
Any new responsibilities as and when assigned
